Yes we do. We are fully insured. We carry a 2 million dollar aggregate insurance policy. This statement in no way implies legal responsibility. Please read your rental agreement.

Can I set up at a Park?
Yes our insurance allows us to setup at parks. However, most parks in San Diego County require permits in order to have a jump. Contact the park you want to have your party or event at to obtain a permit. Since we are an approved vendor just put San Diego Fun Rentals on your application to expedite your permit process. Check w/ the park to see if power is provided. If not let us know and we will provide a generator for a $50.00 fee. Click here to find a park near you.

Who will set up my jump?
Our clean, courteous, and well-trained drivers will deliver and set up each bounce house and insure that it is clean and in good working condition. Set up normally takes about 15-20 minutes, and take down is about 10-15 minutes. This service is included in your rental cost.

What type of surface can the jump be placed on?
The safest surface is a level grassy area. We can however set up on concrete, asphalt, or bark. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper safety equipment to secure the jump..

Is there a deposit required to reserve a jump?
No. All we need to know is the date, time & location of your event and the jumper, concession food, and games of your choice. We do require a credit card to reserve your jump but we will not charge it in any way until 24 hours before your event or if you prefer we can also collect cash, business checks, or money orders at the time of delivery. Just let us know your prefered payment method and we will be happy to accomodate you. Note that if cash on delivery payment method is chosen and upon delivery insufficient funds are given we will charge the remaining balance on to the credit card given at the time of reservation. We can take a credit card payment as soon as the day before the party or anytime before that. Our jumps are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Many jumps book up to 1-2 months in advance. The earlier you confirm your order, the better your chances are of getting the jump you prefer. If jumps are available we are able to take same day reservations.

Are San Diego Fun Rentals' jumps sturdy?
Yes. As proud parents ourselves we understand how important children's safety is. That is why we take every measure to ensure our inflatable play structures are as sturdy as possible. We start by only offering products that are ASTM certified, consist of fire retardent vinyl, have front safety steps, have full netting, have a roof for weather protection (direct sun & light rain) and they have netting on all four sides to allow for greater visibility and air circulation. We also only offer inflatable play structures made in the USA by industry leaders Ninja Jump and E-Inflatables. Being parents we also realize that with any activity involving small children, an adult should always supervise.

Is electricity required ?
Yes. Our inflatable play structures plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Setup of the jump should be no more than 50ft from that outlet. If your party or event is at a park or other place without power we can provide a generator for rent for a $50.00 fee.

How much room do I need to set up a Bouncer Unit or Combo Unit?
11ft x 11ft jump needs at least an unobstructed space of 13ft x 16ft
13ft x 13ft jump needs at least an unobstructed space of 15ft x 18ft
15ft x 15ft jump needs at least an unobstructed space of 18ft x 20ft
15ft x 18ft licensed module 4-in-1 combo needs at least an unobstructed space of 18ft x 23ft

Weather Policy
For your safety we do not set up in adverse weather conditions such as rain and / or high winds.
A representative of San Diego Fun Rentals, Inc. will call you on the morning of your event to confirm your order and discuss the following options depending on the current and or projected weather conditions.
Here are our weather guidelines:
| 0-30% chance of rain: | We will plan to set up. |
| 30% to 60% chance of rain: | Customer has the option to keep the scheduled reservation, re-schedule, or cancel. |
| 60% or greater chance of rain: | San Diego Fun Rentals, Inc. will re-schedule or cancel event. |
Policy if unit is delivered during adverse weather conditions: Unit delivered, but not setup: Subject to $50 dollar delivery fee, remaining rental charge to be refunded.
Setup: No refund should the weather conditions consist of rain or high winds.
